  1. Shred, drain, dry Zucchini
  2. Mix banana, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla until smooth
  3. Mix in eggs
  4. Add in cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
  5. Mix in flour
  6. Mix in zucchini
  7. (Optional) Add water if batter is super thick
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375F
