Black Bean Burritos
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp chipotle powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water
- 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 15 oz kidney beans, drained
- 3 tbsp salsa
Instructions
- Heat oil
- Saute garlic for 1 minute
- Stir in chile powder and salt
- Stir in water and beans
- Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Stir in salsa
- Mash beans
